About the Owner

John is a licensed residential contractor and licensed Colorado structural engineer. He has held a contractor license since 2011 and founded Prospect Builders in 2014. As of 2023 he has completed 35 residential projects of varying size and complexity, with the largest projects exceeding $1MM in work completed.

With a dedicated staff of project professionals, and a network of superb sub-contractors, Prospect Builders is well equipped to handle any project, large or small. We have in house design capability, including engineering, but we also work closely with TDG Architects to execute large design projects.
